Jing for screenshots – Excellent free tool for capturing and sending screenshots.   Jing is a small program to download and once installed, you can quickly and easily grab snippets of  your screen for images and even short videos.   I use this for all of the screenshots that you see on this website.  You can add arrows, boxes and text after you have captured the screen as well.  Learn more – Jing by TechSmith
